Alice M. Klipple, 82, of the Phoebe Home in Allentown for the past five years, formerly of Nazareth, passed away Saturday, February 9, 2013 in Lehigh Valley Hospice, Allentown. BORN: Alice was born May 7, 1930 in Lower Nazareth. She was a daughter of the late George and Minnie Schoch Klipple. PERSONAL: Alice was a graduate of Nazareth High School. She worked in an administrative position for Schwerman Trucking where she retired. MEMBERSHIPS: She was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ in Nazareth. SURVIVORS: Alice is survived by one brother, Clarence Klipple and his wife Grace of Nazareth; many nieces and nephews; and good friends Sue and George Herschman of Moore Township, Bath. She was predeceased by brothers, Paul, Lester, Warren, Roy and Raymond; and one sister, Florence E. Fehnel. SERVICES: Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, in the Schmidt Funeral Home P.C., 407 Belvidere St., Nazareth, with the Reverend Dr. David DeRemer presiding. Relatives and friends are invited to call Friday from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Hope Cemetery, Hecktown.
