Beatrice M. "Bea" Brown, 78, of Nazareth, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, March 20, 2025 at her residence. Born December 8, 1946, she was a daughter of the late Harvey and Clair (Kithcart) Heeman. Bea was the loving companion and life partner of John "Jack" Jamiolkowski who passed October 17, 2023.

Bea was a determined and hard-working woman who always found time to have a good time. She truly enjoyed being around other people. Throughout her life she worked as a bartender and server, recently retiring from the Vigilance Hose Company #1 Club, Nazareth. Bea was a member of several social clubs in the area, including the Vigilance Hose and East Lawn Social Clubs of Nazareth, and the Little Palmer and Young Democratic Clubs of Wilson Borough.

She is survived by a son, Timothy Brown and his partner Kristy Purcell; a daughter, Rhonda Workman; 10 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, Patricia Whipple and Gloria Kithcart; and 1 brother, Donald VanWhy. In addition to her parents and her companion Jack, Bea was predeceased by a daughter, Robin Brown.

Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Schmidt Funeral Home, 407 Belvidere St., Nazareth.
