Beverly Ann Azzalina, 76, formerly of Belfast, passed away Wednesday, November 20, 2019 in Gracedale Nursing Home. She was the beloved wife of LeRoy Azzalina. Together they shared 57 years of marriage on March 6, 2019.

She was born March 26, 1943 in Waltham, MA, a daughter of the late John and Daisy Tiffany Russell.

Beverly was a graduate of Waltham High School. Before retiring, she was employed in the medical billing department for several nursing homes.

She was a former member of St. Luke's United Church of Christ in Belfast.

Beverly is survived by sons, Michael and his wife Melissa of Saylorsburg, and Scott and his wife Georgann of Elizabethtown; daughters, Michele (Shelly) LaBarre and her husband Heath, and Dawn Billheimer and her husband Jason, all of Pen Argyl; sister, Donna Reid and her husband John of Waltham, MA; 13 grandchildren; and 2 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by 2 sons, Shawn Azzalina in 1995, and Joel Azzalina in 1973; and her brother, John Russell.

Relatives and friends are invited to a viewing on Saturday, November 23 from 10 - 11 am in the Schmidt Funeral Home, 407 Belvidere Street, Nazareth. Funeral services will follow at 11 am in the funeral home. Beverly will be laid to rest in Belfast Union Cemetery.
