Bryan J. Young, 63 of Plainfield Twp, passed away Sunday, March 31, 2019 in Easton Hospital, following a short illness.

Born September 18, 1955 in Fountain Hill, he was a son of the late George H. and Ethel Lakey Young.

Bryan was a 1973 graduate of Nazareth High School and worked in the maintenance department of Equipto for many years. In his spare time Bryan loved hunting, fishing and mostly spending time with his grandchildren.

He is survived by his only child, Heather Young Keagle and her husband David of Cherry Hill, NJ; three grandchildren, Amillia, Sophia and Zaine; two brothers, Glen and his wife Stephanie, and Drew and his wife Cindy, all of Nazareth; three sisters, Susan Massi of Saylorsburg, Louise Amy, and Elizabeth Gheller and her husband Peter, all of Wind Gap; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to call on Friday, April 5, from 10–11 am in the Schmidt Funeral Home, 202 West St, Wind Gap. The funeral service will follow at 11 am in the funeral home. Bryan will be laid to rest in Wind Gap Cemetery.
