Catherine M. Lehr, 75, of Bethlehem, passed away Wednesday, April 10, 2013, in Old Orchard Health Care Center. BORN: Catherine was born December 5, 1937 in Lower Nazareth Township. She was a daughter of the late William W. and Myrtle I. Dieter Grube. PERSONAL: She was the loving wife of Ronald Lehr. Together they celebrated 55 years of marriage last November. Catherine worked for M.W. Wood Co. at Moravian College for many years before retiring. She was a wonderful wife and mother; and loved doing housework, especially cooking. Her greatest joy in life was her family. MEMBERSHIPS: She was a member of Dryland United Church of Christ in Lower Nazareth. SURVIVORS: In addition to her loving husband Ronald, Catherine is survived by two daughters, Roxanne Lehr and her husband James Herrick of Lancaster, and Robin Berry and her husband Rich of Belvidere, NJ; and three grandchildren. She was predeceased by, one son Ronald, Jr. in 2008; and four brothers, Leroy Grube, Warren Grube, Wallace Grube and Francis Grube. SERVICES: Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 11 a.m. in Dryland United Church of Christ, 4415 Newburg Rd., Lower Nazareth. Relatives and friends are invited to a viewing from 10 - 11 a.m. Tuesday in the church. Burial will follow in Altona Cemetery, Bethlehem. Arrangements are under the care and direction of the Schmidt Funeral Home P.C., 407 Belvidere St., Nazareth. MEMORIALS: In Catherine's name may be offered to the church.
