David A. Heyer Jr., 76, of New Tripoli, passed away Sunday, March 17, 2013 in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest. BORN: Born May 10, 1936 in Bethlehem, he was a son of the late David A. Sr. and Edith Cope Heyer. PERSONAL: David was the husband of the former Mary Jane Frick. Together they celebrated 50 years of marriage January 26th, 2013. He was a graduate of Kutztown High School and served in the US Army. He was employed as a truck driver for Chemical Lehman for over 30 years. In his spare time, David and his wife enjoyed camping trips. MEMBERSHIPS: He was a member of Schoeneck Moravian Church in Nazareth, and the BMW Sportsman Club. SURVIVORS: Along with his beloved wife Mary Jane, David is survived by two brothers, Donald and Carl. He was predeceased by a son, Edward and a brother, Lester. SERVICES: Funeral services will be held at 7:00 pm Thursday in the Schmidt Funeral Home P.C., 407 Belvidere St., Nazareth. Relatives and friends are invited to call 6:00-7:00 pm in the funeral home. Burial will be held in God's Acre Schoeneck Moravian Cemetery. MEMORIALS: Donations in memory of David may be offered to the American Heart Association, Lehigh Valley Division, 212 E.
