David D. Sustak, 64, of Bushkill Township, formerly of Perth Amboy, NJ, passed away Sunday, May 10, 2015, surrounded by his family in St. Luke's Hospital, Bethlehem. He was the loving husband of Lori (Stanley) Sustak, with whom he shared 36 years of marriage. Born March 23, 1951, in Perth Amboy, NJ, Dave was the son of the late Walter and Mary (Sensokovic) Szustak. Dave graduated from Perth Amboy High School, Per Amboy, NJ, and Delaware Valley College, Doylestown, PA. He received his Master's Degree from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, NJ. He retired from AT&T where he worked as an IT Support Technician. Dave enjoyed a diverse array of hobbies, including target sports, cooking, wine making, gardening, model trains, and fishing. He was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church, Nazareth. Along with his beloved wife Lori, Dave is survived by three daughters, Rebecca Sustak and her fiancée Rich Spoehr of Providence, RI, Rachel Ashton and her husband Ben, and Robin Galloway and her husband Nathan, both of Nazareth; and nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Dave's Life will be held on Friday, May 15, 2015, at the Schmidt Funeral Home, P.C., 407 Belvidere Street, Nazareth. Relatives and friends are invited to call on Friday evening from 7:00-9:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
