David F. Teada, 69, of Plainfield Township, passed away on August 31, 2014 in Gracedale, Upper Nazareth Township. He was the husband of Linda (Everitt) Teada with whom he shared 23 years of marriage last September. Born: David was born on January 20, 1945 in Nazareth, son of the late Franklin D. and Virgil (Fehr) Teada. Personal: He was a 1962 graduate of Nazareth High School and later served in the Coast Guard. Before retiring, he worked as a lineman and troubleshooter for Met-Ed. Memberships: David was a social member of the East Lawn Fire Company. Survivors: He is survived by 1 son; Matthew Teada, 1 step son; Phillip Lipyanic, 1 step daughter; Tina Lipyanic, 1 grandson ; Matthew Teada Jr. and step grandchildren; Ryan, Bailey, Victoria and Valerie Lipyanic as well as 1 sister; Marlene Schlachter, brother in law Joseph Everitt and nieces and nephews Services: Relatives and friends are invited to call from 10-11 am on Friday September 5 in the Schmidt Funeral Home, 407 Belvidere St. Nazareth. The funeral service will follow at 11 am in the funeral home. Burial with Military Honors will be in Northampton Memorial Shrine.
