Deborah Kay "Debbie" Woods, 64, of Easton, passed away Monday, December 2, 2019 at her home.

Born August 8, 1955 in Dallas, TX, she was a daughter of the late Frederick Lucian Jr. and Diane Greason Woods.

Debbie attended Easton High School and graduated from Northampton Community College in 1998. She worked as an associate teacher for Colonial Intermediate Unit 20 for 16 years, retiring in August 2018. Debbie worked well with children and truly appreciated being able to help those in need. She enjoyed life and tried to remain positive, sometimes being reflective and inspirational to others. She was especially fond of the outdoors, loved gardening, nature and watching birds.

Debbie is survived by one son, William Woods; one daughter, Nicole Dawkins and her husband James; three grandsons, Cameron Dawkins, Cole Dawkins, and Gavin Harris; one granddaughter, Samantha Woods; one brother, Frederick L. "Rick" Woods III and his wife Roberta; and her long time and loving companion, Ron Brinker. She was predeceased by one brother, Craig T. Woods.

A private memorial service will be held with the family. Arrangements are under the care of the Schmidt Funeral Home, 407 Belvidere St., Nazareth.
