Diane L. Ricker, 71, passed away Sunday, January 28, 2024 at Easton Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Easton. Born March 13, 1952, in Wilson Boro, she was a daughter of the late Jack and Mary Jane (Shafer) Ricker.

Diane graduated from Nazareth High School in 1970. Later she was employed and worked as a secretary for DeWalt Trailer Sales and United HVAC. Diane was a quiet woman. In her pastime, she enjoyed the company of her cat and reading books.

She was of the Lutheran faith and was a member of Hope Lutheran Church, Tatamy.

Loving and lasting memories of Diane will be shared by her family; sister, Jacquelyn Erdie and her husband Donald of Ocean View, NJ; brother, John Ricker and his wife Diane E. of Bushkill Township; 2 nieces, Marissa and Taylor of Nazareth; 3 nephews, Donald Jr., Daniel and his fiancé Adele, all of Nazareth and Timothy of Colorado; 2 great nieces and 2 great nephews.

Private graveside services, with Reverend Herbert C. Dolich presiding, will be held in Ardnt's Cemetery. Arrangements are under the care of Schmidt Funeral Home, PC 407 Belvidere St. Nazareth.
