Donald J Decker, Sr, formerly of Phillipsburg, NJ, passed away Wednesday, September 10th, at Weston Senior Living Center in Forks Township, PA. Born: April 3, 1935 in Phillipsburg, NJ to Louis and Gladys Decker. Personal: He attended Phillipsburg High School, served in the Navy for four years, and retired in 1997 from County Concrete in Kenvil, NJ. Survivors: Donald was preceded in death by his wife, Nancy, and is survived by his son, Donald J Decker, Jr and his wife April; three grandsons: Todd and Scott Decker, and Bobby Rinker; step-granddaughter Kelsey Taylor; daughter Debra Rusek and her husband Ed. Services: A memorial service for both Donald and Nancy will be held at a later date.
