Duane C. DeRohn, 37, of Hamilton Twp., Monroe County, passed away September 6, 2016, in Pocono Medical Center.
Born October 4, 1978 in Easton, he was a son of Ruthann Lerch of Easton, and the late John DeRohn.
Duane worked in the landscaping industry.
He is survived by one sister, Heather; and four brothers, Brian, John, Billy and Heath. Along with his father, he was predeceased by a sister, Kiersten.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family, under the direction of the Schmidt Funeral Home, 407 Belvidere St., Nazareth.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the funeral home to defray funeral expenses.
