Elaine M. DeMilia, 79, of Palmer Township, passed away Sunday, September 12, 2021 at her residence.  She was the loving wife of Robert DeMilia; together they shared 60 years of marriage.

Born August 18, 1942 in Bloomfield, NJ, she was a daughter of the late Michael and Olga (Yacik) Oleson.  Elaine was the owner and operator of Empress Travel Agency in Hillsbourgh, NJ prior to her retirement and also served as deputy mayor for many years.  She enjoyed working in her vegetable garden and played and coached softball when her daughters were young.

In addition to her husband Bob, Elaine is survived by 3 daughters, Donna Moroney and her husband Kevin of Belmar, NJ, Diane DeMilia and her husband Mark Klingener of Rockaway Township, NJ and MaryAnn Federico of Nazareth; grandchildren, Robert and his wife Dana, Nicholas and Breanna M; Breanna, Trent, Kole and Hailey; and Danielle and Matthew, as well as great grandchildren Cam, R J, Calla and Corbin.
