Eugene "Ducky" Kostenbader, 82, of Upper Mt. Bethel Twp., passed away Tuesday, September 20, 2016 at Gracedale Nursing Home, Nazareth.  He was the husband of Dorothy E. Lynn Kostenbader, with whom he shared 58 years of marriage.   Born October 25, 1933 in Nazareth, he was a son of the late Eugene Kostenbader, Sr. and Bertha Siegfried.

Eugene graduated from Pen Argyl High School in 1952, and went on to honorably serve his country with the US Marine Corps from 1953-1956. He worked as an electrician for Keystone Foods Products in Lower Nazareth Twp., and later for Mountain Manor Golf Course in Marshalls Creek, from where he retired. He was of the Lutheran faith.

Along with his wife, Eugene is survived by his only daughter, Brenda Kostenbader and her husband William Rathbun of Branchville, NJ.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the care and direction of the Schmidt Funeral Home, 407 Belvidere Street, Nazareth.
