Obituary

Eugene R. "Rob" Castiglia, Jr., 65 of South Whitehall Township, passed away Friday, September 15, 2017 at his residence.  He was the loving husband of Dorothy Russotto White Castiglia.
Born December 28, 1951, in Easton, he was a son of the late Eugene R., Sr. and Evelyn Dietz Castiglia.

Rob was a graduate of Easton High School, class of 1970.  Later he worked as a truck driver for Preston Trucking.  For the past 30 years he worked as a videographer and most recently owned and operated Memories Unlimited Videos.  Formerly he was a volunteer firefighter with the Phillipsburg Reliance Hose Co. No.1.  He was hard working, had a great sense of humor and loved going to the movies.  Along with spending time with his family, he loved being with his Chihuahuas.
In addition to his beloved wife Dorothy, Rob is survived by 3 sons, Michael Rush, Kristopher Castiglia and Matthew Castiglia; 1 daughter, Jamie Castiglia and her husband Dan Bishop; 10 grandchildren; 2 brothers, Wayne "Buster" Dietz and Dale Phillips; as well as 3 step-sons and 1 step-daughter.
Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation, Friday September 22, 2017 from 11 am – 12 pm in the Schmidt Funeral Home, 407 Belvidere St., Nazareth.  A Memorial service will be held at 12 noon in the funeral home.
