Florence H. (Ryerson) Saylor, 100, formerly of DelHaven, died Friday, December 24, 2021 at the Easton Home.  She was the wife of the late George L. Saylor, who died in 1998.

Born in Forks Township, August 8, 1921, Florence was the daughter of the late Albert and Jennie (Staats) Ryerson.  She was predeceased by her siblings Mary Smith, Ruth Sandt, Albert Ryerson Jr., Sadie Powell, Catherine Hann, Gladys Lambert, Lillie Hess, and Beulah Good.  She was also predeceased by a grandson Benjamin Quaye.

Florence was a former employee of the Sun Tube American Can Company, Washington NJ and various blouse mills retired from Maria Rose in Martin's Creek.  She was a member of the Forks Church, United Church of Christ, Stockertown, PA.  She was a former member of the Martins Creek Lioness Club and the Lower Mount Bethel Senior Center.

Survivors:  son, Gordon Saylor and his spouse Kay; daughters, Ann wife of the late Bruce MacDougall, Brenda spouse of James Weppel and Beverly Quaye and her spouse Colleen Collar; as well as many loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.

Services:  A funeral service will be held at 11 AM on Thursday, December 30, 2021 at Forks United Church of Christ, 4500 Sullivan Trail, Stockertown, PA 18083. A viewing will be held from 10 AM until the time of the service. Interment will follow at Farmersville Cemetery, Bethlehem Township. We request that face coverings are worn inside the church. Arrangements are entrusted to the Schmidt Funeral Home, PC in Nazareth.
