Gary L. Davis, 75, of Bangor, passed away Friday, November 15, 2024, at his residence. Born May 27, 1949, in Wind Gap, he was a son of the late Ralph and Arlene Ace Davis.

Gary was a graduate of Pen Argyl High School, class of 1967 and was a veteran of the US Army to which he so proudly served. He was an orderly at Easton Hospital and worked for the Hunterdon State School, in Clinton, New Jersey, for 30 years until retirement. He was an ardent fan of the NY Giants and would enjoy conversation with friends on their outings for coffee or dinner. For many years, Gary was a very active devoted member of Hope United Church of Christ, in Wind Gap.

He is survived by his siblings; Cathy DeVatt (Frank), brothers Richard Davis (Ruth) and Kim Davis (Janine); sister-in-law, Chalotte Davis.; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother, Glenwood and his sister, Trudy Hartman.

Private Graveside services will be held at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Schmidt Funeral Home, 202 West St., Wind Gap.
