Gaspare Ganguzza, a resident of Saylorsburg, PA, a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather, passed away peacefully on May 14, 2017. Gaspare, son of the late parents Raffaele and Francesca (DiBella) Ganguzza, was born on November 8, 1922 in Partinico, Sicily. He was predeceased by his wife Caterina Ganguzza.
He worked at Julius Nasso Construction and then owned his own company, GGMG Home Improvement. He was a talented furniture maker and carpenter.
He is survived by his five daughters, Frances (Salvatore) Campo, Cathy (Carmine) Cupani, Lucretia (Joseph) Lentini, Mary Grace (Steve) Csaba, and Maria Adelaide (Emidio) Cianfaglione; his grandchildren, Giuseppe (Roberta) Campo, Caterina Campo, Carmine (Wendolynn) Cupani, John Cupani, Steve Csaba, Andrew Csaba, Laura Cianfaglione, and Jennifer (Daniel) Carvino; and his great-grandchildren, Alexandra and Carmine Cupani.
Gaspare will be laid to rest in St. Raymond's Cemetery, Bronx, NY. Arrangements are under the care of the Schmidt Funeral Home, 407 Belvidere St., Nazareth.
