Harry N. Schwartz, 89, formerly of Wind Gap, passed away on Sunday, August 16, 2020 at Gracedale.

Born October 28, 1930 in Philadelphia, he was a son of the late Henry and Marie (Yoder) Schwartz.

Following graduation from high school, Harry worked in sales and inventory control for Quaker City Motor Parts for 58 years until his retirement in 2007. He enjoyed spending time with his family, traveling with his wife and was an avid history reader.

He was a member of St. Peter's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Plainfield Township.

Harry is survived by three sons, Harry and his wife Joyce, Christopher, and John and his wife Karen; three daughters, Mary Miller, Linda Haywood and her husband Danny, and Catherine Ferguson; 18 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; one brother, Fred Schwartz; and one sister, Erma Kelley.

He was predeceased by his first wife, Loretta (Castle) Schwartz in 1972; his second wife, Vincenta (Bernabe) Schwartz in 2005; sister, Margaret Smith in 2010; and daughter-in-law, Kelly (Brady) Schwartz in 2020.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 5, 2020 at 11 am in Wind Gap Cemetery, 1422 Church Rd., Plainfield Township. Arrangements are under the care of the Schmidt Funeral Home, 202 West St., Wind Gap.
