Joan Kline Nagle, 85, of Nazareth, passed away Friday, December 9, 2016 in Moravian Hall Square with her family at her side. She was the loving wife of Theodore H. Nagle who passed away on December 1, 2013.

Born September 6, 1931 in Nazareth, Joan was a daughter of the late Milton and Lottie Roth Kline.

She attended Nazareth High School, graduating in 1949. Early in life she worked at the former Carldon's Restaurant in Nazareth and later retired from the cafeteria at Nazareth Senior High School.

Joan loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She always looked forward to shopping trips with her daughter and granddaughters.

She is survived by son Richard T. Nagle and daughter Deborah Parenti and husband Terry as well as her sister Louise Weiss and husband Jerry all of Nazareth. Grandchildren Terri, Kevin and Corine Nagle and twins Kellie and Cory Parenti , Great grandson Sean Macikonycz and 2 nieces and 7 nephews.

Family and friends are invited to call on Tuesday December 13, 2016 from 10-11 am in the Schmidt Funeral Home, 407 Belvidere St., Nazareth. The funeral service will begin at 11 am with The Rev. David B. Schaeffer presiding. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery, Nazareth.

Memorials in Joan's memory may be offered to St. John's Lutheran Church, 200 South Broad St. Nazareth, PA.
