Judith A. Barber, 67, of Pen Argyl, passed away Thursday, September 24, 2015, at New Eastwood, Easton. She was the beloved wife of Willard V. Barber. Born on May 6, 1948, in Manhattan, New York, she was a daughter of the late Louis and Rita Lazaro Lazar. In addition to her husband, Judith is survived by her daughter, Joanne Barber of Wind Gap; two sons, Allen Layton and Paul Layton; a brother, Louis Lazar, Jr.; a sister, Loretta Lewis; and three grandchildren, Eva Champris, Robert Layton, Jr. and Jake Layton. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Robert Layton, Sr. Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
