Katherine E. Grube, 70, of New Ringold, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, August 10, 2021 in St Luke's Hospital, Allentown.  Born July 14, 1951 in Bethlehem, she was a daughter of the late Stanley D. and E. Anna (Lacey) Grube.

Kathy was a graduate of Lower Saucon High School.  Before retiring, she was employed as a micrographic technician for Back Stage Library Works in Bethlehem where she held the position as first trainer and first 2 ^nd shift supervisor.

She attended Blue Mountain Christian Retreat and Conference Center where she was a welcome addition to the part time staff.  Kathy enjoyed sewing, crafts, especially leather work and trips to the seashore.

She is survived by her niece Heather Bergan and husband Kenneth, her nephew John Jones and great nieces Sevyn, Stella and Selah.

Along with her parents, she was predeceased by her sister Karen Jones.  In accordance with Kathy's wishes, there will be no services.  Memorials in Kathy's memory may be offered to Forgotten Felines and Fidos, 6022 Mountain Road, Germansville, PA, 18053.
