Kenneth W. "Willie" Stocker, 88, of Forks Township, passed away Tuesday, October 20, 2015, at Moravian Hall Square, Nazareth. He was the husband of the late Elizabeth "Betsy" Stocker, with whom he shared 58 years of marriage prior to her passing in August, 2011. Born July 11, 1927 in Forks Township, Kenneth was one of twelve children born to the late David V. Stocker, Sr. and Helen Santee Stocker. Kenneth graduated from Easton High School in 1945. A member of the U.S. Navy, he honorably served his country during WWII. In 1947, he and his late wife founded Stocker's Collision Service in Easton, a business which he operated until eight years ago when his son Robert took over as owner. Over the years, Kenneth enjoyed hunting in Milford, PA, and making fishing trips to Canada and Alaska. Always very civic minded, he also enjoyed serving his community. S: He was a member of the National Rifle Association. Kenneth is survived by two sons, James M. and his wife Beverly of Palmer, AK, and Robert A. and his wife Becky of Bushkill Township. Also surviving are four grandchildren, Jeremiah, Jason and his wife Megan, Aaron and Annette and her husband Virgil; five great-grandchildren, Valerie, Ananda, Logan, Laretta and Sophia; and three sisters, Virginia Brodt of Plainfield Township, Elenora Kachline and her husband Richard of Kresgeville, and Carolyn Knauss and her husband George of Tatamy. He will be sadly missed by his best canine buddies, Riley and Angel. In addition to his parents and wife, he was predeceased by his son, William T. Stocker; brothers Frederick, Richard, David "Spike", Clifford and George Stocker; and sisters, Susie Stocker, Lorraine Serfass and Christine E. S. Weiland. Family and friends are invited to call from 5 to 9 pm on Friday, October 23, at the Schmidt Funeral Home, 407 Belvidere Street, Nazareth, PA. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
