Lynn Joyce Butkowski, 70, of Plainfield Township, passed away on Wednesday, December 25, 2019 at St. Luke's Anderson Campus. She was the beloved wife of Peter J. Butkowski.

Born in Englewood, Colorado on October 24, 1949, she was a daughter of the late Arthur J. and Marilyn J. (Muller) Krenicky.

Lynn earned her Master's Degree from the University at Albany. She was employed as a teacher in the New York education system for 2 years, and later a homemaker.

She was a member of Faith Alive Community Church in Wind Gap.

In addition to her husband Peter, Lynn is survived by her children, Timothy and his companion Racheal, Daniel, Elisabeth and her husband Joe, Nicholas and his wife Jen, Christian and his wife Jenna, Melinda and her husband Billy, Jonathan and his wife Christina, and James and his wife Victoria; stepchildren, Cassandra and her husband Andrew, Rebecca and her companion Doug, and Melissa; 14 grandchildren; and her brother Gary and his wife Sally.

Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation on Monday, December 30, 2019 from 2 to 4 p.m. in the Schmidt Funeral Home, 202 West Street, Wind Gap.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Lynn's name may be offered to the church, 10 E. Mechanic St., Wind Gap, PA 18091.
