Maria L. Almeida, 85, of Nazareth, passed away on June 18, 2021. She was the loving wife of the late of Guilherme Rodrigues Almeida. Born July 15, 1935 in Lisbon, Portugal, she was the daughter of the late Joaquim Santos and Maria Francisca Pinho Dos Santos.

Maria worked as a jewelry crafter for Krementz Jewelry Store before retiring. She always looked forward to spending time with her family and especially adored her grandchildren.

She is survived by her children, Jack and his wife Bella, Paul and his wife Helen, and Dina and her husband Rich; along with 9 grandchildren; and 1 great grandchild. She was predeceased by 2 brothers, Frank and Joaquim.

A private mass will be celebrated with the family. Arrangements are under the care of the Schmidt Funeral Home PC, 407 Belvidere St., Nazareth PA.
