Marie was reunited with her husband James of 50 years for eternity. She passed away peacefully surrounded by her family.

She leaves behind a loving son Patrick Newhard; brother John Navarre, his wife Liz and their daughter Monica and her children; sister Linda Shook, her husband Dan and their son Jay; niece Vanessa Perez, her husband Zach and their children; nephew Billy, his spouse and their children; as well as several other nieces and nephews. She also leaves behind loving pets Pudge, Capone, Sassy and Eric.

Marie was predeceased in death by her parents Armand and Doris (Hughes) Navarre, husband James, and siblings Janie, Armand Jr, Karen and Beverly.

Marie loved shopping, collecting antiques, spending time with family and friends, and enjoyed the Smokey mountains.

Marie's wishes were to have a private celebration of life at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to her son, Patrick.
