Marion Alice Meixsell, age 93, daughter of the late Paul and Alice Silfies, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, September 28, 2018. She resided in Bangor with her son William and his wife Christina.

Marion was born May 1, 1925 in Phillipsburg, NJ and resided most of her life in the Tatamy area. She graduated from Easton High School and was employed for many years at Keystone Foods in Easton. She was a long time member of St. Peter's UCC, Tatamy, a member of The Dames of Malta, the Ladies Guild and the Ladies Card Club. Her life was dedicated to the Lord, her children and family. Those who knew her will remember her as a woman who extended love, grace and kindness.

Marion is survived by four children, William Neigh and wife Christina, Craig Meixsell and wife Marion, Roxanne Purdy and husband Jordan, and Michael Meixsell and wife Michelle; 16 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; 10 great-great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.

Marion was predeceased by husbands, William Neigh Sr. and Elwood Meixsell; sister, Dorothy Werner; and brother, Paul Silfies.

Friends are invited to a viewing on Saturday, October 6, 2018 from 10-11:30 am in the Schmidt Funeral Home PC, 407 Belvidere St. Nazareth. Funeral services will follow at 11:30 am in the funeral home. Marion will be laid to rest in Forks Cemetery, Stockertown.
