Mary M. "Peg" Kolb, 103, passed away peacefully on Friday, August 13, 2021 in Gracedale. She was the loving wife of Melvin Kolb who passed away in 1985.

Born May 26, 1918 in Forks Township, she was a daughter of the late John and Mary (Weidman) Butz.

Peg was hardworking and took great pride in keeping house for various families in the area. Through her old fashion values and kind personality, she easily made friends that would last a lifetime. She loved crafting, embroidery, her flower garden and always looked forward to baking Christmas cookies with her family.

Peg is survived by her loving children, Barbara Kutz, Edward Kolb and his wife Pennie, Joyce Pritchard, Roy Kolb with whom she resided and Robin Repsher and her husband Bryan; 7 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; and 2 great great grandchildren; as well as her brother Joseph Butz.

She was predeceased by her son Melvin Kolb; 6 sisters; and 4 brothers.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 28, 2021 at 11 am in Belfast Union Cemetery, Belfast Rd. Nazareth with Pastor Volkert Strockman presiding. Memorials in Peg's memory may be offered to the American Diabetes Association, PO Box 7023, Merrifield, VA 22116-7023. Arrangements are under the care of the Schmidt Funeral Home, PC, 407 Belvidere St., Nazareth.
