Peter Patrick Coyle Jr., "Pat," 62, of Quakertown, formerly Philadelphia, passed away on March 26, 2026 at St Luke's Hospital in Fountain Hill. He was born on February 21, 1964 in Philadelphia to the late Peter Patrick Coyle Sr. and Catherine (Gabriel) Coyle.

After serving in the Army National Guard's demolition division, Pat worked diligently as a union cargo transporter for Emery Worldwide, a subdivision of UPS as well as a union representative for Teamsters Local #470 prior to his retirement.

After retirement, Pat was able to pursue his entrepreneurial and philanthropic passion, creating Ronnie's House Foundation, a project aimed at housing and supporting homeless veterans and their families.

Despite Pat's hectic schedule with work and aiding different organizations, his number one priority was always family. He cherished every moment he shared with them and was the first to plan the next get together. It was nearly impossible to leave a gathering with him. He was always so excited to be in the presence of family and would be sure to begrudgingly end said get togethers with a 10 minute long hug or an extra hour-long conversation at the door.

In addition to family gatherings he greatly enjoyed the outdoors especially feeding the deer in his backyard, hunting, fishing, and gardening. He was an avid bowler and rejoiced in competitions in any form. He loved joking around and getting a hearty laugh out of an audience.

Pat is survived by his children Heather Blacie and her husband Robert and Peter Patrick Coyle III, brothers Gabriel and John Coyle, fiancé Jennifer Klepsch and former wife Deborah Coyle.

Relatives and friends are invited to a viewing on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 from 12 noon-1 pm at Schmidt funeral home, 407 E. Belvedere St. in Nazareth followed by a Celebration of Life commencing at 1pm. Burial will be private with the family.
