Regina V. Spencer, 90, of Belfast passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 2, 2017 at St. Luke's Hospital - Anderson Campus.

Born in Edelmans on October 4, 1926, she was a daughter of the late John and Alice Kale.  She was the wife of the late Russell Spencer to whom she was happily married for 14 years.

Regina worked for the Dixie Cup Co., later American Can, until retirement in 1990.  Earlier in life, she enjoyed taking bus trips and attending dinner theaters, followed dirt track car racing and loved baseball.  She wasn't afraid to admit that she was an avid fan of the Phillies.  Regina was an excellent cook and baker and loved making dinners for her family.  She particularly valued time spent with her beloved family.

She was a devoted and long-standing member of Belfast Wesley United Methodist Church.

Regina is survived by her only child, son Dennis Santini of Bushkill Township; 2 granddaughters, Victoria Santini and Karin Santini Kao and her husband Bill; 4 great-grandchildren, Payton, Logan, and Makenna Kao, and Marlee Casner; 1 brother, Sherwood Kale and his wife Pat of Belfast.  In addition to her parents and husband, she is predeceased by 3 brothers, Marvin, Gerald and Carl; and 3 sisters, Erma Segreaves, Gladys Barlett and Betty Lou Rowe.

Relatives and friends are invited to Funeral Services, on Monday, August 7 at 11:00 a.m., in Belfast Wesley United Methodist Church, 607 School Rd., Nazareth (Belfast), PA 18064.  There will be no calling hours.  Regina will be laid to rest in Belfast Union Cemetery.  Arrangements are under the care and direction of Schmidt Funeral Home, PC, 407 Belvidere St., Nazareth.
