Richard Michael Halamar, 80, of Wind Gap, passed away December 21, 2019 at his residence. He was the loving husband of Joyce Ann (Walker) Halamar.

Richard was born October 16, 1939 in Philadelphia, a son of the late Michael Richard and Catherine Kay (Pazkoski) Halamar.

In addition to his wife Joyce, Richard is survived by a son, Michael Richard Halamar; daughter, Kimberly Ann (Halamar) McLaughlin; grandchildren, Brielle, Isabella and Coralette Halamar, and Jack and Anabel McLaughlin; and a sister, Barbara Tees Halamar.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Richard will be laid to rest in St. Mary's Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery in Elkins Park, PA. Arrangements are under the care of the Schmidt Funeral Home, 202 West St., Wind Gap.
