Robert R. Johnson, 66, of Palmer Township, passed away on Saturday, February 20, 2016, at the Easton Hospital. He was the loving husband of Sandra L. Dilts Johnson, with whom he shared 48 years of marriage.

Born March 20, 1949 in Fountain Hill, PA, he was a son of the late Martin "Mark" and Madeline "Helen" Russo Johnson.

Bob graduated from Easton High School with the Class of 1966. He worked in the Bindery Department of Mack Printing in Easton, from where he retired in 1998. In his free time, he enjoyed going to flea markets and collecting WWII memorabilia. He also enjoyed going to car shows and motorcycle riding.

Along with his beloved wife Sandra, Bob is survived by his daughter, Sheila Bell of Palmer Twp. Also surviving are two grandchildren, Ashley Benware and Tyler Bell; two great-grandchildren, Aydriana and Savanah Benware; two brothers, Dennis Johnson and his wife Sally of Palmer Twp., and Jeffrey Johnson and his companion Frank of Deerfield, FL; and three sisters, Judy Johnson of Tatamy, Rosalie Dimovitz (the late John) of Allentown and Terry Johnson, of Nazareth.

Relatives and friends are invited to call on Thursday, February 25, from 9:30-11:00 a.m. in the Schmidt Funeral Home, 407 Belvidere Street, Nazareth. A funeral service will begin at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home, with Pastor Chris Santos officiating. Burial will follow at Forks Cemetery, Stockertown.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Bob's name may be offered to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
