Roger K. Kauffman, 76, of Stockertown, passed away peacefully at his residence Monday, January 22, 2024, with his daughter by his side. Born July 18, 1947, in Easton, he was the son of the late Kenneth and Frances Kauffman. Roger was married to the former Kathleen Houser. Together, they celebrated 46 years of marriage prior to her passing in May 2014.

Roger was a graduate of Easton High School and, being a true Red Rover, he loved Bulldogs! He also loved his country and honorably served in the United States Marine Corps, during Vietnam. His dedication was long lasting and exemplary. He was a man who was very patriotic and carried out his life characterized by "Semper fidelis" - always faithful, always loyal. Roger retired in 2013, from Lone Star Cement Co., where he was last employed as a foreman. Always a good provider for his family, it was his love for his family and children that became his ultimate gift.

Roger will be lovingly remembered and dearly missed by his children; son, Michael Kauffman (wife Jackie), daughter, Michele Hartshaw (husband Dennis), and son, Mark Kauffman (wife Kristie Howlett); 5 grandchildren; a sister, Kathleen Tyree; and Roger's partner, Laura Fielding.

A private graveside service, with Military Honors, will be held at Northampton Memorial Shrine.
