Rosemarie Dewalt, 76, of the Century House in Bangor, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, May 9, 2019 at her residence.
Born April 5, 1943 in Easton, she was the daughter of the late George Sr. and Rosalie Di Fede Schriner.
Rosemarie was employed as a sewing machine operator for Country Miss and Lincoln Textile and worked at Hartman's II Restaurant and Redners prior to her retirement. She was a member of Fork's United Church of Christ, very involved in various activities at the Century House and loved to play bingo.
She is survived by her 2 loving daughters; Susan McCollian and her husband Sean of Bangor and Sheri Burda and her husband Rodney of Wind Gap, grandchildren; Shelby and Shannon McCollian and Ashleigh and Gavin Gaul as well as her former husband Larry Dewalt of Forks Township.
Rosemarie is predeceased by a daughter Stacey Lynn and a brother George Schriner Jr.
Relatives and friends are invited to call on Thursday, May 16 from 6-8 pm and Friday May 17 from 10-11 am in Fork's United Church of Christ, 4500 Sullivan Trail, Stockertown, PA 18083. Funeral services will follow at 11 am on Friday with Pastor Bob Gutekunst presiding.
Memorial contributions, in Rosemarie's name, may be offered to the church.
