Sherwood B. Hahn, 81, formerly of Pen Argyl, passed away Saturday evening, December 6, 2014, in Good Shepherd Home, Allentown, where he was a guest since 1993. BORN: Sherwood was born May 8, 1933 in Plainfield Township, the only child of the late Peter A. and Gladys Ackerman Hahn. PERSONAL: Sherwood attended the United Cerebral Palsy School in Bethlehem. MEMBERSHIPS: He was a member of Hope United Church of Christ in Wind Gap. SERVICES: Family and friends are invited to call on Friday, December 12, from 10 to 11 am in Hope United Church of Christ, 701 Cherry St., Wind Gap. Funeral services will follow at 11 am in the church, with the Rev. Dr. Dean D. Frey officiating. Burial will be in Plainfield Cemetery. Arrangements are under the care and direction of the Schmidt Funeral Home, PC, 202 West St., Wind Gap.
