Shirley DeLand (Stofflet) Leh, age 76 of Pen Argyl, PA went home to the Lord on December 26, 2012. PERSONAL: Born September 5, 1936 in Nazareth, PA, she was the daughter of the late Mable Shepard Stofflet. Shirley was dedicated to her family, her late husband, Wilbur Howard Leh and three sons, Terry, Tim and Bill. A lifelong resident of Northampton County (Nazareth/Pen Argyl) and a graduate of Nazareth Area High School Class of 1954, Shirley enjoyed working for the Nazareth Area School District cafeteria for over twenty plus years as well as enjoying time with her children and grandchildren. She was a strong supporter of the Nazareth Blue Eagles and loved to cheer them on to victory. In addition, she enjoyed music and dancing along with spending quality time with her family and friends. MEMBERSHIPS: Shirley was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ in Nazareth. SURVIVORS: Shirley is survived by her three sons and daughters-in-law, Terry and Linda of Easton, Timothy and Sharon of Fredericksburg, PA, and William and Michelle of Wind Gap; along with six grandchildren and three great grandchildren. She was the sister to the late Elwood, Gordon and Walter Reed Stofflet. SERVICES: Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 2, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. in St. John's United Church of Christ, 183 S. Broad St., Nazareth. Relatives and friends are invited to call Wednesday from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. in the church. Interment to follow in Greenwood Cemetery, Nazareth. Arrangements are under the care and direction of the Schmidt Funeral Home P.C., 407 Belvidere St., Nazareth.
