Susan M. Hanf, 64, of Palmer Township, formerly of Pen Argyl, passed away on April 25, 2013 at her residence. She was the wife of Fordham Hanf. Together they celebrated 40 years of marriage last November. Born August 16, 1948, in Bronx, New York, she was a daughter of the late William and Alice Schatz Wilt. Before retirement, she worked as a manager of a Pool Supply Company. Susan enjoyed crafts, garage sales, shopping and especially hosting parties for her family and close friends. Along with her husband Fordham, she will be lovingly remembered by three sons; Garrett, Travis and Brandon, one brother Robert Wilt and his wife Veronica, one sister Lorraine Rega and her husband John, grandchildren Cailey, Gavin and Silas as well as numerous nieces and nephews. A Prayer Service will be held Monday at 11am in the Schmidt Funeral Home PC, 407 Belvidere St., Nazareth, with Father Joseph Tobias presiding. Relatives and friends are invited to call Sunday evening, from 6-8 pm, in the funeral home and Monday from 10-11 am, in the funeral home. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
