Virginia E. Barrall, 84, of Palmer Township, passed away Sunday, January 18, 2015 in Easton Hospital. She was the wife of the late Warren Barrall, who passed away November 9, 2014. Together they had celebrated 59 years of marriage last May. BORN: Virginia was born on November 9, 1930, in Plainfield Township. She was a daughter of the late Francis R. and Mabel (Frable) Kessler. PERSONAL: Earlier in life, Virginia worked at Strongwear and Denise Barry as a sewing machine operator. She enjoyed flowers, tending her garden, doing word search puzzles, and spending time with her family. MEMBERSHIPS: She was a member of Christ Lutheran Church, Easton. SURVIVORS: Virginia is survived by her only child, Karen Miller and her husband Michael; one granddaughter, Katherina Miller; and sisters, Minnie, Gloria and Helen. She was predeceased by her sisters Esther and Kathryn. SERVICES: A graveside service will be held on Thursday January 22, at 11:30 am in Northampton Memorial Shrine, 3051 Green Pond Rd, Palmer Township, with Pastor Tim Boyer presiding. A private viewing will be held with the family. Arrangements are under the care and direction of the Schmidt Funeral Home, P.C., 407 Belvidere St., Nazareth.
