Wallace C. Marsh (Wally), of Wind Gap, formerly of Pen Argyl, passed away in New Eastwood Rehabilitation Center on Friday, February 22, 2013. BORN: August 28, 1950 in West Pen Argyl, a son of the late Alfred N. Sr. and Almeda Eckert Marsh. PERSONAL: Wally worked in the garment industry for 40 years. SURVIVORS: Wally is survived by his sisters, Donna Marsh, and Alice Wiersma, and her husband Jacob, all of Wind Gap; three nieces; six nephews; 19 great-nieces and nephews; and one great-great niece. In addition to his parents, Wally was predeceased by a brother, Alfred Marsh Jr.; a sister, Virginia Shook; a niece, Robin Biechy; and a nephew, Joel Shook. SERVICES: A memorial service will be held at 7:00 pm Thursday in the Faith Alive Community Church, 125 West St., Wind Gap. Relatives and friends are invited to call Thursday from 6-7pm in the church. A private burial will be held at the convenience of the family in Plainfield Cemetery. Arrangements are under the care and direction of the Schmidt Funeral Home P.C., 202 West St., Wind Gap.
