Warren J. Barrall, 84, of Palmer Township, passed away Sunday, November 9, 2014 in Easton Hospital. He was the husband of Virginia Kessler Barrall with whom he celebrated 59 years of marriage in May. BORN: Warren was born on February 10, 1930 in Bethlehem. He was a son of the late Floyd Barrall and Mabel Schortz Barrall Lockard PERSONAL: Warren served in the U.S. Navy Reserve for two years, and also served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He retired from Hoffman LaRoche as an instrument mechanic in 1992 after 18 years of service. Warren enjoyed woodworking, caning chairs and most of all spending time with his precious granddaughter. MEMBERSHIPS: He was a member of Christ Lutheran Church, Easton. SURVIVORS: In addition to his beloved wife Virginia, Warren is survived by his only child, Karen Miller and her husband Michael; one granddaughter, Katherina Miller; as well as nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews. Warren was predeceased by one brother William and one sister Dorothy Free. SERVICES: A graveside service will be held on Thursday November 13, at 11 am in Northampton Memorial Shrine, 3051 Green Pond Rd, Palmer Township, with Pastor Tim Boyer presiding. Arrangements are under the care and direction of the Schmidt Funeral Home, P.C., 407 Belvidere St., Nazareth.
