Willard V. Barber Jr., 70 of Pen Argyl, passed away Sunday, March 31, 2019 in New Eastwood Health Care Center, Wilson Boro.

Born July 5, 1948 in Orange, New Jersey, he was a son of the late Willard V. Sr. and Ruth M. Kotz Barber.

Willard was employed as a truck driver for Rogers Transfer in Great Meadows, NJ until his retirement.

He is survived by his daughter, JoAnne Barber and her fiancée, George Champeris of Wind Gap; stepsons, Allen and Paul Layton; and grandchildren, Evangelia and Niko Champeris, and Robert W., Jake and Johnny Layton. He was predeceased by his stepson, Robert D. Layton.

Services will be private with the family. Arrangements are under the care of the Schmidt Funeral Home, 202 West St., Wind Gap.
